How Good is Accuweather's Customer Service?
Oddly enough while I was explaining the issue, before he actually knew what had happened, I noticed it had corrected itself. He was very polite & curtious though!
Recently l traded in my Kyocera Android phone for an Apple l-phone 14. I simply wanted to transfer my Premium subscription to new phone. Neither your forms nor agents could accommodate. Thus l stopped monthly payments through my Wells Fargo account. I have had Premium for years and lauded Accu-Weather in feedback. So your not availing my subscription change to my new l-Phone is very disappointing! I firmly Believe that you should treat long standing customers better than such!
